The participation of the Department of Pharmacy in RIBNP is implemented through research teams that are active in the discovery of new drugs from natural sources (terrestrial and marine pharmacognosy) through advanced methodologies of isolation and structural identification of natural products, design and organic synthesis of semi-synthetic analogues, and bioactive evaluation.
